- 2 cup flax meal
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- stevia to tast(just a little)
- dash of cinnamon
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water

Mix the dry and wet ingredient sepatately then combine. Let this batter rest a few minutes until it thickens up then put it in a cake pan in an even layer and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
