Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage ham or bacon
- 2 1/4 c milk
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 dry mustard
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
- 3 slices white bread

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven 350 brown sausage
Combine milk eggs mustard and salt
beat 1 min med speed,
Cube bread
stir in sausage cheese & bread
13 x 9 in pan un-greased
bake 30-40 min until knife comes out clean.
serves 10-12
can be made night before overnight bake uncovered 40 to 50 min. at 350.
