Pineapple Jell-O Salad

Jell-O salad is a dessert side. Which means that it’s kind of a dessert, but it’s a side dish. See? A dessert side. It doesn’t even count towards your dessert allowance or anything, it just gets lumped in with your potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes (3 oz each) Pineapple Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 quart pineapple sherbet
- 1 small container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Empty Jell-O into a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Using an electric mixer, beat in sherbet until dissolved. Beat in whipped topping until smooth and combined.
Refrigerate mixture until firm. Scoop out and serve.
Notes
Makes about 12 servings
