Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 3 ” wide piece of Italian or French Bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped small
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bread in water 10 minutes. Squeeze out. Mix all ingredients together with hands.

Roll into balls. Fry in olive oil.
