Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 3 ” wide piece of Italian or French Bread
- 4 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped small
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Soak bread in water 10 minutes. Squeeze out. Mix all ingredients together with hands.
Roll into balls. Fry in olive oil.
