Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz American cheese, grated
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
  • 12 tortillas, corn or flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 6oz can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onions; drain. Add both cheeses, green chilies and tomatoes; heat on low until cheeses melt, stirring well. Place portion of beef mixture in each tortilla; wrap.

Arrange in 9x13 baking dish. Combine soup and milk; pour over tortillas. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Be sure to heat tortillas until they are soft or they will split.
