- 1 bag (1 pound) carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps butter

Combine carrots, water, onion, garlic and salt in 4-cup casserole dish; dot with butter and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until crisply tender.
