Popeye's style Cole Slaw Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 tea. pepper
• 1 tea. salt
• 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1 large dill pickle minced (about 2 Tbsp.)
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 lbs. from a 2 lb. package of pre-shredded coleslaw mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1 lb. of the coleslaw mix. Coleslaw will be soupy.

Refrigerate until serving.

At time of serving, add another 1/2 lb. or enough to absorb the rest of the dressing.
