Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Asian chili paste with garlic
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or refrigerated puree

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate covered up to two weeks. Marinade your preferred meat, poultry or fish for at least 30 minutes. Grill at medium-high.
