Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin oil
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
- 8 chicken cutlets

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high. Season chicken and cook until golden on both sides. Transfer to plate (about 3 minutes)
Add salsa to skillet and cook stirring 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add sour cream. Return chicken to pan, cover and simmer over low heat 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Cilantro.
Serve with chips and lime.
