Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat (if you can swing it, buy the real stuff!)
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 2 Tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Heat baking sheet in 450 degree oven for ten minutes. Mix everything and form into 12 small patties (or 6 larger ones). The smaller I make them, the better they stay together. Spray with cooking spray (olive oil based). Cook for about thirty minutes or until browned.
If you prefer, you can fry them. Put breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. In another bowl put two beaten eggs. Dip in egg then breadcrumbs, spray with cooking oil and fry in butter until browned. Enjoy!
