Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• Sift together:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 sticks margarine
• 2 tbsp. cocoa, heaping
• 1 cup water
• Bring to a boil; then add dry ingredients.
• Then add:
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• Put in greased and floured jelly roll pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Preparation

Step 1

FROSTING

1 stick margarine, melted
2 tbsp. coca, heaping
3 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk

Spread on cake immediately after taking out of oven.

Top with 1/2 cups nuts, (optional)
