Ingredients

  • 100 gm pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 30 gm salted fish (definately should reduce this next time)
  • 1/2 Tbsp preserved black beans, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 thumb sized ginger, smashed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine everything and marinade for 30 minutes. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
