Ingredients
- 100 gm pork belly, thinly sliced
- 30 gm salted fish (definately should reduce this next time)
- 1/2 Tbsp preserved black beans, rinsed and chopped
- 1 thumb sized ginger, smashed and coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 Tbsp water

Step 1
Combine everything and marinade for 30 minutes. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
