Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 6 eggs
  • Refrigerator biscuits or toast points

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425.
Butter a deep 9 inch pie plate.
Line bottom and sides with overlapping slices of cheese.
Pour in 1/2 cup whip cream
Breaks eggs into pie pan without breaking yolk.
Pour remaining cream over eggs
S&P to taste
Sprinkle with Paprika
Bake 15-20 minutes depending on doneness of eggs
Serve over biscuits.
