Measured quinoa
fine meshed sieve

Step 1

Put quinoa in a bowl, cover with cool water.
Use your hands to massage the quinoa thoroughly.
You will notice the water getting cloudy.
Pour the quinoa into a fine-meshed sieve to drain the water.
Repeat twice, for a total of three washes. This will ensure the bitter coating is
completely gone.
