Ingredients
- 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chocolate chunks

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8" brownie pan, and set aside. In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate and butter. Cook 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix at medium speed for 30 seconds. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and add to batter. Mix at low speed for 10 seconds. Add sour cream and mix on low speed for 5 seconds. Pour batter into greased pan, and sprinkle chocolate chunks over top. Bake 35 minutes, or until set (don't overbake).
