OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 425. Cut four 15x12 inch squares of foil. In medium bowl, combine pork, beans and bbq sauce; mix well. Divide pork mixture evenly onto center of each square of foil; sprinkle corn evenly over top. Plce onion slice on top of each. To form bundles, bring short sides of foil together; make serval 1 inch folds. Fold open edges of foil to seal. Plce bundles on large cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Use caution when opening bundles to allow heat steam to escape.
GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. Prepare bundles as directed above. Place bundles on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 18 to 20 minutes or untli pork is no longer pink.
