Ingredients
- 1 c butter (unsalted)
- 1 c sugar (brown or white)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
lightly crease cookie sheets
Beat butter until creamy
Gradually beat in sugar
Sit in eggs and vanilla
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl
Blend in with wet ingredients
Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick
Bake in centre of oven 8-10 mins
