Ingredients
- 3 slices Halloumi cheese 1" thick
- 200 g ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 25 g red onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 40 g walnuts, roasted and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 50 mL pomegraate molaseses
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 5 g cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 5 g mint, coarsely chopped
- 30 mL olive oil, plus to drizzle

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill to high.
Combine all ingredients for salsa.
Grill cheese about 1.5 miutes per side until soft.
Lay salsa on plate. Place cheese slices on top and drizzle with pomegranate molasses and olive oil.
