Ingredients

  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. water

Step 1

Combine: ¼ c. soup, ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onion, egg

Shape into patties. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Skim fat off. Mix remaining soup and water, spoon over meat. Bake another 10 minutes.
