Cucumber Vodka Shooter

Ingredients

• 500 ml english cucumber juice
• 400 ml pineapple juice
• 150 ml vodka
• 10 x mint leaves
• sugar - to taste
• lime juice - to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bring pineapple juice to boil, add mint leaves and allow
to steep for 10 minutes. Strain.
Mix minted pineapple juice, cucumber juice & vodka
together and sweeten to taste.
Add lime juice.
Cool down over ice, making sure it is very cold when
served.
Serve in ice cold shooter glasses.
