Christmas Nuggets or Italian Wedding Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Butter
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1/2 Cup Confectionary Sugar
• 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Walnuts, Pecans and/or Almonds)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the butter. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and nuts together. Add dry ingredients into butter and add vanilla and almond extracts. Blend well. Shape into balls and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Roll in extra confectionary sugar right out of oven.
