Ingredients
- 2 C rolled oats
- 3/4 C raisins
- 1/2 C slice almonds
- 1/2 C hulled pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 C agave syrup or maple syrup or honey
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°. Combine oats, raisins, almonds & pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
Combine agave syrup, butter, salt, cinnamon & allspice in a small saucepan. heat over low heat until butter is melted, about 3 minutes. Whisk to blend, then pour over oat mixture in bowl. Stir to evenly coat pieces.
Spread mixture onto one large or two smaller rimmed baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Stri & rotate pans (if using more than one). Bake an additional 15 minutes until mixture is golden. Transfer from pan to bowl or canister.
