Ingredients

  • French dressing:
  • 4 pieces chicken (about 5 oz. each)
  • Seasoning salt, to taste
  • 1 recipe French dressing
  • 3 T onion flakes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 c cooked rice
  • 1 c tomato juice
  • 2 pkgs chicken bouillon
  • 1 t mustard
  • 1 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t onion flakes
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 4 T cider vinegar
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 garlic clove - minced

Preparation

Step 1

French dressing:

Mix all ingredients and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350.
Remove skin from chicken and sprinkle with seasoning salt and brown in a non-stick skillet.
Place browned chicken in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Cover chicken with the Tangy French dressing.
Sprinkle the onion flakes and crumble the bouillon over the chicken.
Bake, covered with foil, fotr one hour.
Remove cover and bake until tender (about 1/2 hour more).
Baste with sauce occasionally during last half hour of cooking.
