  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes (about 3 medium), unpeeled
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick slices. Cut slices lengthwise into 1/4 inch wide strips. Rinse strips with cold water; blot dry with paper towels. Spread in single layer in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spray potato strips with nonstick cooking spray for 15 secons to coat, tossing gently once. Sprinkle with half of seasoning mixture. Spray potatoes again for 5 seconds, toss gently. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining half of seasoning mixture. Spray for 10 seconds to coat; toss gently. Spread potato strips in single layer in pan. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Stir potato strips to turn; bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and lightly crisped.
