Crumb Boss SNICKERDOODLE

Ingredients

• Cinnamon/Sugar:
• 8 oz Butter
• 1 1/2 c Sugar
• 1 tsp Van X
• 2 Large Eggs
• 2 3/4 c AP Flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 T Cinnamon
• 1 cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and blend. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Scoop into cinnamon/sugar and roll to coat evenly and scoop onto greased cookie sheets. Press to flatten a little.. Bake in 335 degrees oven for 15 minutes.

Yield 18 cookies
