Santa's Surprises (Snickers)

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter, softened
• 1 C creamy peanut butter
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 C granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 1/2 C flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• snickers minis

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°. Grease cookie sheet.

Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Unwrap snickers minis

Divide dough into 1 T pieces and flatten. Place a snickers mini in center of each piece. Form the dough into a ball around snickers. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate (optional)
