Ingredients

  • 15 oz Ricotta
  • 1 c Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 T Gelatin Powder
  • 2 T Cold Water
  • 1 c Chocolate Chips
  • 1 c Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 t Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In mixer bowl place ricotta and mix smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Blend well. In small bowl mix powdered gelatin and add cold water. Let set 5 minutes. Microwave for 10 seconds at a time to melt. Add gelatin mixture to bowl. Mix in bowl. Add whipped heavy cream, vanilla, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Pipe into canoli shells. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.


Yield 2 Qt Enough to fill 12 Large Cannoli’s or 4dz Mini
