Monkey Bread

A delicious pull apart bread. Great for breakfast. It is easy to make with frozen rolls and you let them rise overnight. Just bake it in the morning. Great for a brunch or coffee.

Ingredients

  • 20 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 small pkg butterscotch pudding (not the instant kind)
  • 1/2 c pecans, chopped
  • 6 T butter
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 teas cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease a bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom. Put rolls around in a ring and sprinkle pudding mix on them. Melt butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the rolls. Cover and let rise overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown. Tip pan upside down on a plate and caramel mixture will cover the rolls.
