Ingredients
- 1 (26-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10-ounce) box lasagna noodles
- 1 (15-ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) package smoked chicken sausage, Italian style, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, grated coarsely

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly cover bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker with sauce. Place 1 layer of uncooked noodles atop sauce, breaking to fit as needed.
Dollop some ricotta, sauce, sausage slices and zucchini on top of noodles and even out with spatula. Pour and spread another layer of sauce on top of mixture. Add 1/3 of parmesan and mozzarella.
Makes 8 servings.
