  • 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate
  • Roughly chopped almonds
  • Dried fruit optional

Step 1

Line an 8-in square baking dish with heavy duty foil. Place in freezer.

Place chocolate in glass bowl. Place over pot of simmering water (be sure the bowl doesn't touch the water) like a double boiler. Don't let the water boil. Melt chocolate, stirring often until all is melted.

Working quickly, pour all chocolate evenly into foil lined dish. Sprinkle with nuts and dried fruit. Place dish back into freezer for 10 minutes.

Lift bark from pan by pulling on foil. Place bark on cutting board and cut or break into pieces.
