Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 to 5 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter for 1 minute or until light and creamy. Gradually beat in sugar until blended. Beat in 3 tablespoons coconut milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.
If a thinner frosting is desired, beat in more coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until frosting is desired consistency.
No coconut milk? Substitute milk and add 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract with the vanilla.
