Crumb Boss New Improved Cookie Dough

Ingredients

• 8 oz Butter
• 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
• 6 Egg Yolks
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 3 cups AP Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in flour a little at a time.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate a couple of hours or overnight.

Roll out dough and cut into any desired shape with cookie cutters.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Yield approx 2lbs
