Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) mostaccioli noodles
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheese
- 1 container (16 oz) ff sour cream
- 1 carton low fat ricotta cheese (15 oz)
- 3/4 cup prepared pesto
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1
Cook noodles; cook chicken, cut up. In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese, sour cream, ricotta, pesto, cream and parmesan cheese.
Add chicken and noodles to mixture. Toss to coat. Transfer to two 11x7 greased baking dishes. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
