Ingredients
- 1/2 c. lite olive oil
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cans of minced clams
- 1/4 c. of sherry or white wine
- 3 tbsp. of fresh parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the onions and garlic in the oil. Add the parsley and cayenne pepper. Add the sherry and reduce to half. Add the clam juice from the 3 cans and reduce to half. Add the clams and cheese. Just stir and serve.
Serve over linguinni noodles.
