Ingredients
- 2 cups hamburger or ground chuck
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten (put on edges of corners after ingredients have been added. Then pinch together).

Step 1
Cook meat and drain off fat. Add rest of the ingredients except beaten egg; mix well. Let set overnight or for a few hours. Roll in egg, roll corners and deep fry in oil until light brown. These can be frozen as they keep well.
