Ingredients

  • 2 cups hamburger or ground chuck
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (put on edges of corners after ingredients have been added. Then pinch together).

Step 1

Cook meat and drain off fat. Add rest of the ingredients except beaten egg; mix well. Let set overnight or for a few hours. Roll in egg, roll corners and deep fry in oil until light brown. These can be frozen as they keep well.
