Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- dash of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook to 234 degrees on a candy thermometer or until a small amount just holds its shape when dropped into a cup of cold water Sauce may be refrigerated and reheated.
