1 1/2 lb chicken thighs
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 TBS rice wine vinegar
Minced fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Dijon, maple syrup and vinegar.
Salt and pepper chicken
Oven 450, place chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over chicken, turn chicken to coat
Bake 40 minutes, basting chicken halfway through. Cook chicken until meat thermometer reaches 165. Let rest 5", sprinkle rosemary over chicken and serve
