Ingredients
- Cinnamon Chips:
- 2 kiwi
- 2 apples - peeled, cored & diced
- 8 oz. raspberries
- 1 lb. strawberries
- 2 T white sugar
- 1 T brown sugar
- 3 T fruit preserves, any flavor
- flour tortillas
- butter
- cinnamon
- white sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all fruits. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve with cinnamon chips.
To make chips:
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter. Cut into wedges & arrange on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes until tortilla is crisp. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
