  • # 16 ounces, weight Chicken Breasts (approximately 4 Breasts)

  • # 8 pieces Thinly Sliced Ham

  • # 4 pieces Laughing Cow Cheese (from An 8-piece Round)

  • # 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs


Pour breadcrumbs into shallow dish. -First, flatten each of your chicken breasts with a meat mallet. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of ham and 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese. Spread out the cheese slightly and fold edges of ham inward. Next fold each side of the chicken over the ham in a “burrito” like manner. -Set the chicken into the pan of breadcrumbs and thoroughly coat while holding chicken sides closed over the ham and cheese. -Once thouroughly coated, secure with a toothpick and place in baking dish. - Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
