Ingredients
- COFFEE FONDANT GLAZE:
- 6 oz Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T Instant Coffee Granules
- 1 T Vanilla X
- 2 c All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 c unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 1/2 t Baking Powder
- 2 c White Chocolate Chips
- 1 c Confectioners Sugar
- 1 T + 2 tsp Water
- 1 T Instant Coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 T Corn Syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, coffee an vanilla. In another bowl combine flour, cocoa powder,salt baking soda, and baking powder. Add dry flour mixture. Mix until all combined. Mix in white chocolate chips.
Scoop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Glaze with Coffee Fondant Glaze.
Coffee Fondant Glaze:
Combine all ingredient for coffee fondant glaze.
Spread glaze on cookies.
Yield 24 Cookies
