Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado
- Lemon juice to taste, about 2 tsp
- 2 tbsp Salsa Fresca
- Salt to taste
- Salsa Fresca
- 1 cup tomatoes seeded and diced (2 med tomatoes)Salt tomatoes and let sit couple hours
- 1/4 cup fine diced onions
- 1/4 cup jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- If soak tomatoes in salt do not salt again.

Preparation
Step 1
Dice avocado
Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well
Stir in the salsa fresca. Place plastic wrap directly against the surface.
Refrigerate

Quarter the tomato, remove the seeds and liquid (drain). Cut the tomato pieces into strips then small dice. Place everything in bowl and mix. Taste and adjust flavors. Allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for at least an hour before serving.
If refrigerating take out of refrigerator to come to room temperature.
Put dip in plastic bag and squeeze all air out.
