Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Wings (almost 3 pounds)
- 2 Tablespoons salad oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Step 1
Cut wingtips off at joint. Cut each wing in 1/2 at joint. Over high heat in hot oil cook wings stirring constantly, about 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend well. Cover and cook 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Uncover pan and cook 10 minutes longer stirring frequently until almost all liquid is absorbed and chicken is tender. Serve warm or cold.
