Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless steak, cut in thin strips
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons curry paste
- 4 tablespoons sesame paste
- 3 tablespoon sherry
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step 1
Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes.
Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 3/4 inch at the pointed end of the stick without meat. A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate.
Combine curry paste, sesame paste and sherry. Spread thinly over beef. Brush with oil and cook under a preheated broiler 1-2 minutes on each side.
