Ingredients
- 1 small box (3oz.)vanilla pudding: not instant!
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust
- 1 pkg. fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pudding with milk according to the box directions. Remove from heat and set aside. Roll out pie crust to cover bottom of 9-inch tart pan, trimming edges to fit.
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
Fill tart with cooled pudding, careful not to over fill. Place sliced strawberries on top of the pudding in circular shape until tart is completely covered.
Keep Refrigerated uncovered.
