Ingredients
- topping:
- 1 cup water 80° F
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/3 cup garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

at the beep, add 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
with oiled hands, evenly press dough into greased 9 x 13" pan. Using your fingertips, make indentations in the dough every one and a half to 2 inches.
Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 min. or until almost double in size.
For garlic cheese topping, heat skillet on stove. stir in oregano and garlic then immediately remove from heat.
Use fingers to press indentations into dough again. Spoon topping mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400° F for 20 min. or until done.
