Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Butter
  • 6 oz Chocolate
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 C Flour
  • 1/4 C Dark Rum(maybe a splash more if you like)
  • Sugar for sanding(choose fine or coarse, or use choc. sprinkles?)

Preparation

Step 1

*melt butter and chocolate in double boiler, set aside

*whisk eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. stir in
chocolate mixture. then fold in flour.

*pour into lightly greased 12X17 pan

*bake @350 10-12 min(until tester comes out cleanish) cool

*break up cake and mix in rum until it comes together

*form into small balls and roll in sugar
