Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 (8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups round buttery cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 7x11 inch baking dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter, stirring well.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 minutes
