Rice Krispie Easter Bunny Cake - Allergy Free
No Dairy, No Soy, No Egg, No Nuts
Can also be made with No Gluten using Gluten Free Rice Krispies and Gluten Free Marshmallows.

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons of Oil (or butter or margarine if no dairy allergy)
- 1 10 oz package of Marshmallows
- 6 Cups Krispy Rice Cereal
- 1/2 bag of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cherry Fruit Roll Up
- 1 Marshmallow cut in 1/4's to use as teeth

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add Marshmallow (reserve 1 marshmallow for teeth) and oil in large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring occaisonally.
2. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated. Mixture will cool and harden quickly, work fast.
3. Seperate into three parts, two small balls and one larger. Shape two small balls into ears and large ball into round head shape. Mixture can be microwaved again to soften and make it easier to shape.
4. Cut the Fruit Roll-Up into shapes for the nose, ears and mouth and place on top of Rice Krispie bunny.
5. Microwave Enjoy Life chocolate in a glass measuring cup on high 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and creamy making sure NOT to burn! Pour mixture into a small squirt bottle.
6. Using melted chocolate, draw eyes, mouth and outline the areas around the fuit roll up to make your bunny come to life.
7. Cut a marshmallow in quarters. Use two quarters and press firmly on mouth area of rabbit as teeth.
