Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1" slices
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, peeled

Preparation
Step 1
Place the slices of bread on cookie sheets. In a food processor, place all the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Brush the bread with the oil mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 250° F and let the bread toast until golden, about 10 more minutes.
